Vice President, Business Development
Chris Estadt is a senior Business Development executive with 24 years of professional business experience and success as a U.S. Army officer, Senior Regional Director, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and BD Director level positions.
Most recently, Chris served as Government Sales Manager for Blount International where he was tasked to build the government sales competencies within the organization. He established the government sales process and doubled government sales within 2 years.
Prior to that assignment, he was the Director of Military BD for Leupold & Stevens, the manufacturer and market leader in binoculars, laser range finders, spotting scopes and rifle scopes for military, law enforcement and outdoor recreation. In this role, Chris restructured sales channels and hired a new employees, separated sales from BD operations, established team and individual goals, developed and implemented success plans, and created brand awareness in the market. He introduced the Opportunity Pipeline, Military Business Development Process, and wrote all of the Award Plans on identified programs. He was responsible for largest government contract in the company’s history and increased sales by over 100% in 2.5 years.
Other senior director and sales manager roles were with Vortex Optics and Xenonics Holdings.
Chris began his professional career as a Platoon Leader and Executive Officer in the U.S. Army, 82nd ABN DIV, FT Bragg, North Carolina, where he served as chief administrator and logistician for an Airborne Infantry Company.

He earned a BA degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and an MBA from Ohio University.
