Katherine B. Whitaker, PMP
Katherine Whitaker has over 3 decades’ experience in Government proposal development, contracting, pricing, general program management as well as broad and in-depth expertise in all aspects of business management.

Kathy has also created training programs in Reviewing the RFP; Negotiating Different Contract Types; Types of Agreements and When to Use Them; Identifying Risks and Risk Mitigation; Pricing Strategies and Writing A Cost Proposal; and Proposal Writing.
With MBDi, she brings expertise in contracts, pricing, training, program management and proposal management to assist clients with increasing their win ratios and profitability.
She earned a BS in Business Administration from Rochville University, Certificate for Government Contracts and Procurement from the University of Virginia, and a Professional Program Management Certification (PMP) from the Program Management Institute (PMI).
