Bill Marshall

Consultant

Bill Marshall is a senior team member and project consultant specializing in the government services contract environment. As a retired Navy Flag Officer with commercial experience as a government contractor, Bill has held progressively responsible leadership and management positions working on the business execution side as well as in the Business Development, capture and government contracts arena.

With MBDi, Bill serves as a subject matter expert in the areas of developing strategic partnerships, aligning operational units to corporate strategic visions, organizational assessment/realignment and process change management.

Bill combines his senior leadership experience along with Financial Management and National Strategic Studies degrees with his commercial business experience, all of which provide him with a unique insight and experience base to successfully assess the most difficult and challenging situations. He has the expertise to offer insightful recommendations to rapidly correct underperforming business segments.

In addition to his business and organizational consulting activities, Bill actively participates in a mentor capacity for several Acquisition Program Managers at the Naval Sea Engineering Command (NAVSEA), Washington, DC.

He earned a BS from Villanova University, an MA from the Naval War College, and an MS from the Naval Postgraduate School. Bill holds a Top Secret-SCI Security Clearance.
