Training
Needs Assessment
This assessment
identifies
deficiencies in business development
personnel’s skills, process, thinking and
discipline so that training resources can be
customized to the areas of
greatest need.
Skill Gap
Analysis
This analysis reveals the
business development and OI&Q skills
currently lacking by personnel to
fulfill their BD roles effectively. We
will use our proprietary
skill gap analysis tool to collect and compile data from
all relevant personnel. The resulting
information will be used to customize the training
to
address the gaps identified.
Course
Design, Development & Implementation
This phase includes the design,
development and delivery of a prototype business development
curriculum to address the areas of training
need. We will develop the content and work with company
subject matter experts to build the
curriculum, assist in the train the trainer
process, and deliver the
material if required.
