The MBD² Graduate Institute is our advanced, application-level series for individuals. A challenging
mixture of workshops and problem-solving,
coaching clinics held
every quarter, the MBD² Graduate Institute not only builds on the fundamentals
of your first level learning experience, but also takes you to a higher performance level in your business development role.
This second level in professional
development is a true immersion program. It
delves further into the topics covered in
the initial workshop and features exercises to critique and improve your technique and follow-up activities to help you practice and implement
your learning.
The MBD² Graduate Institute Curriculum
The MBD² Graduate Institute curriculum gives participants an opportunity to hone their skills and deepen their understanding of the
application of the MBDi Business Development Process in a protected environment with other MBD
Professionals.
During the sessions, you will engage in role-playing exercises, real-world case studies, group activities and problem-solving exercises that allow you to apply what you are learning to the day-to-day business of managing existing accounts and developing new business.
You're encouraged to challenge the basic premises and concepts under which you’ve been operating.
You'll recognize the fundamental difference
between short-term buy-sell behaviors
emphasized by traditional selling and proactive Business Development processes
which enable you to leverage your
problem-solving expertise into revenue.
