Mastering Business Development, Inc. (MBDⁱ), an international business development consulting and training firm, announced the appointment of Kathleen E. Sienerth as Marketing Manager and Gary A. Burrell as Business Manager for the company.

Sienerth was formerly in Marketing, Sales and HR for Bonded Logistics, Inc., a warehousing, distribution and contract packaging firm in Charlotte. She also served in  Customer Service for Veratec, Inc., a division of International Paper and for Enterprise Fleet Services.

After 20 years, Burrell retired from the U.S. Navy Submarine Service in 1991. Since that time, he's worked in the DC area with Semcor, Inc., Jacobs Sverdrup, Inc., and most recently Northrop Grumman Information Technology as a Senior Program Analyst.
