Turner is an Ohio native and holds both BS and BA degrees from Pfeiffer University encompassing Business Administration, Marketing and Management. His prior experience includes management assignments for Collier County, Naples, Florida,  Accudata of Ft. Myers, Florida, and sales and event coordination for Breakfast Club America in North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida.

Turner is responsible for management of all MBDⁱ's Executive Workshops currently held in Charlotte, North Carolina, Orlando, Florida, Washington, DC and other major metropolitan areas across the US. He is also director of all Corporate Training for the firm's client base, with recent sessions held in the US, Canada and Switzerland.
