The MBDi
Business Development Process®
is a uniquely designed training and
professional development experience that offers participants

the MBDi process is an
interactive developmental experience that
guides participants through a series of
process steps designed to create significant
changes in thinking, feeling, and behavior

is based upon solid business principles: The Twelve Core Competencies,
which are derived from the Four
Cornerstones of Business Development,
namely, Business, People, Financial, and
Technical Knowledge. Using these four
linchpins as the foundation of our approach

that examines the fundamentals of business
development using an intensive, interactive
team-learning approach.
